Brown Street Offices, Carlow Town

We were engaged by our clients to design a new office building in historic town centre surrounded by important protected buildings such as St Patrick’s College and Carlow cathedral.

The concept emerged through analysis of the chosen site and it’s context, in combination with our clients’ requirements.

Dermot F Geoghegan architects provided a range of architectural services relating to this project including initial briefing, outline design, detail design, planning application, fire certificate application, and preparation of tender and contract drawings and specifications.
